Before you do any type of movement or dancing, you should stretch!. Stretching really will prevent most of these pains! Before you dance, bend over, touch your toes, isolate your rib cage by moving only your ribs, etc!. etc!. It should make you feel better, if not, I would think about seeing a doctor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
