Question: Possible Krumping Injuries!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Shoulder Injuries
Back Injuries
Leg Injuries

3 Common ones!.
I experienced them all lol!.

When you do swinging movements with your arms don't overdo it!. Start out slow, medium then fast!. I just started out to fast and pulled my shoulder alot!. LolWww@QuestionHome@Com

Although a good Krumper is very in control of their movements, krumping by definition has an illusion of the body being out of control!. This is hard to do without putting stress on the body!. The more training a dancer has, the fewer injuries they should be plagued with but if often has to do with body type and general strength as well!.

When you throw your body into an un-natural movement or position you always run the risk of injury, regardless of dance style!. With krumping the force of each movement is probably more dangerous than the movement itself!.

Back injuries are probably quite common from krumping based on the movements, although I am sure knee, hip, and neck injuries are common as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
