Question: Dance camp!?
so last year i was a really into dancing! i danced ALL the time!! i took 2 hours of dance class a week, and took dance PE as a class at school, and i was in a musical where we danced a lot, and i was always dancing in my free-time!. but this past year i havent been doing ANY dancing! besides in my free time sometimes!. but im not in any dance classes or dance pe not cuz i dont like dancing anymore, i just havent had time!. so i lost all my dance muscles and flexibility!. and now i am going to this really intense dance camp in a month and a half where they dance 6 hours a day for 10 days!. i was wondering if you know of anything i can do to gain my dance muscles back and fast so i'll be prepared and i wont die at this camp!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

do your splits every day and hold them each for 2 mins!. do crunches every day!. start out doing 100 then 200,300,400,500 then go as far as you want or stay at 500!. do jumps and heel stretches!. this should help you a lot!. my teachers tell me to do all that so i stay in shape!. glad you are doing a summer camp!. good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well im sure a lot of people are going to be out of shape at the beginning of the camp and i bet going to the camp is going to help you more then hurt you, so i wouldnt be worried!. just stretch when ever you can and find a local gym with a leg press and do sets with your feet arched, then sets with them flexed!. also, make sure you are doing a lot of cardio to make that first week or two a lot easier on you!.

try to find a local dance studio in your area!.that can help!.also do lightly stretching and everyday push a little that can really help gain your flexibility!.good luck:]Www@QuestionHome@Com
