Question: How come when i strech it always goes away!!?!!?
im a dancer and aspiring gymnast and am pretty flexible!. last night before i went to sleep i streched like crazy and today i cant even get into my plits that ive had for years!?! HELPWww@QuestionHome@Com

you're stretching TOO much!.!. even though it sounds like the more you stretch the more you'll be flexible, thats not true!. first-you have to stretch everyday
second-don't stretch like crazy! you'll pull a muscle and make your muscles tighten (which is what happened to you yesterday)
remind yourself somehow to stretch!.!. like put a picture of a dancer or gymnast that shows flexibility and write under it STRETCH!.!. it will sorta inspire you to be like okkkk if i want to be that flexible then i should stretch!Www@QuestionHome@Com

You either didn't warm up before, causing you to get a slightly pulled muscle, or you pushed yourself too hard, causing your muscles to contract and resist the stretch instead of relaxing and holding on to the stretch!. Rest for a day or two and then try again!. Never skip warming up before you stretch, and don't push it to the point of pain!Www@QuestionHome@Com

well, it takes a while for your muscles to get used to being stretched out!.!. you have to stretch and re-stretch for years before they stay the way you want them to!. i had the same problem!. but today, your muscles are probably just sore from being over-worked from last nightWww@QuestionHome@Com

Stretch more, and longer!. I don't mean by doing more exercises, but lets say your stretching your leg, keep stretching it more extra time/Www@QuestionHome@Com
