Releve whenever you can!. Waiting in line, instead of wasting time, or doing something unneeded!.Do 16, slow releves in first, second, fifth, right coupe, left coupe, and right passe and left passe everyday/night!. Good for ankles and legs!. For ankles you can draw the alphabet in script with your feet in school or at the computer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

depends!.!.!.are you on pointe yet!? if you are, stand in first, then releve, coupe front with your right foot, releve, coupe front with your left foot, releve, pase front right foot, releve, pase front w/ left foot!. Then do the same thing to the back!. or you can stand in parallel, plie, press over your toes, straighten you legs to full point and roll down!. Then elevay (idk french spelling), press over, roll down, then straighten your legs!. Do that in parallel, first second then in fifth, just do like 5 releve's, then switch and put the other foot front in fifth and do 5 more relevesWww@QuestionHome@Com
