Easy!. In a junior high slow dance, the guy puts his hands on the girl's waist and the girl places hers on the guy's shoulders!. @ that point, you just sorta sway back and forth, or for lack of a better word, waddle!. Chances are, most people in a junior high dance will probably know that and nothing much more!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Follow!. You'll want to stand slightly offset, with him to your right just enough not to step on each others' toes!. He may offer his left hand for your right (best but uncommon these days) or you may have to figure out an alternate!. Your left hand should find a comfortable spot: classically, the V between your thumb and index finger fits in the notch at the base of the deltoid muscle, about 2/3 up his right upper arm, but somewhere on top of the shoulder may be OK for a closer hold!.
He's unlikely to present you with anything difficult!. At your age, he won't know any steps, either, so you'll likely wind up simply rocking back and forth, though there may be a little rotation to it!.
