Question: Hi, I practice Gymnastics at 8:00am till 10:00am then Yoga at 12:15pm till 1:30pm then I go to work sweaty!?
I don't have time to shower and a I was wondering if practicing Gymnastics and then Yoga the same day will not leave time for me to shower, I can't smell myself lol! So I would like to know if theres any inconvenience if I refresh naturally (cool down) and then the sweat and all that will fade once I continue with yoga but still I have the concern about still having that smelly just out of the gum smell or it's just my mind!?

Most of the time its just you who notices!. If you are that concerned, after you cool down from yoga, bring a towel to dry off!. Put on deodorant and some body spray!. (do not use any strong perfume, because it might make it worse) and of course a change of clothes =] hope this helps
