Question: PlEASE READ AND HELP ME WITH THIS!!?!?!?EASYY 10 PNTS=)!?
WHat is a trick or type of stretch you can do to make your toetouches higher!?!? i really want to know bcos in my dance it requires us to do toetouches i am very tall my my toetuches are very short lol but please give me a trick or any tips/advice on making them higher!?PLEASE=)Www@QuestionHome@Com

lay on ur back and pick ur butt off the floor, and spread your legs, i no it sounds pervy but trust me it works im a cheerleader/ dancer/ ex gymnast (caused by injury)!. it also makes u more limber, and balancedWww@QuestionHome@Com

butterfly stretches!. learned this in shotokan karate many years ago!. guaranteed to improve flexibility!. sit on your butt, and put the bottoms of your feet together using your hands also to hold your feet together!. get your knees going up and down slowly for a few minutes, then stop, and pull your feet closer to you (a little bit at first, and slowly) with your hands!. sit like this for a few minutes, while leaning forward!. then push your feet back out a bit, and repeat with your knees up and down again!. repeat this a couple times a day to improve your flexibility greatly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lay on your back with your feet sticking up in front of you!. From this position perform your toetouches and count to 100 while in this position!. This will take concentration and focus, which help you break the mental block that is currently holding you back!. Push and relax as you count to 100!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

what you do is get a theraband and omg it is so awsome and you work your feet with it and you put it around your toes and point and flex and put it by your knee and pull your leg twords yourselfWww@QuestionHome@Com

practice w/ russian jumps
and straddle splits!.

for russians, try to get them
flat, using less jumps!.

in your straddle (centre) split,
try to make your stomach touch
the floor and put your arms out

side split
around the worlds (roll into the side splits)
and work on jumping higher and building muscle to do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
