I guess that depends on a) why you are down, and b) what you like doing!. As this is classified under 'dancing', does that mean you like to dance!? If so, that's a great way to cheer youself up: put on some upbeat music you like and let it take over!.

If the classification was an error!.!.!. you could:
1) ring a friend!. there's nothing like having a chat with someone who knows and cares to cheer you up!.
2) watch a favourite feel-good movie
3) get some exercise - it releases chemicals that naturally make you feel good (dancing is an option!.!.!.! or yoga can help you feel calm and peaceful if you'd prefer that type of good)
4) if you have a boy/girlfriend ask for a nice cuddle
5) run yourself a relaxing hot bath, put something nice smelling in it, and read a book or magazine or listen to music
6) eat a square meal!. sometimes we get run down if we're not eating properly, so make sure it's a good serving of lean meat and vegetables to get protein, vitamins and minerals
7) talk to a professional psychologist!. they can identify why you're feeling unhappy and offer techniques to fix the problems in your life!.
8) work out why you are feeling down, and try to solve the problem!.
9) indulge yourself in the way you like best!.
10) think of something you really want in your life, and set some goals about how to get there!.
11) remember, there are other people that are feeling just how you are - you are not alone!. seek them out in an online forum for help and support!.
12) remember, there are so many people in this world worse off - think of all the great things in your life to be thankful for!.

Why are you feeling down!? Read some new books or manga/comics, go out and treat yourself to something like food, coffee, and get a movie or game that you always wanted to see!. Talk about it with your friends, start writing about your issues!.!.!.like when I was depressed from a break up I wrote a little story about it!.!.!.it was fictional but some parts where real!. Have a nice warm shower!.!.!.showers always calm me down!.!.!.sometimes I stay in there for 2 hours if I'm really sad, and I get really clean and feel awesome after!. Listen to an upbeat band!. Do some chores you were putting off, to create a positive atmosphere, and it will help preoccupy your mind and make you feel good after!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

what i usually do is!.!.!.
i play my favorite song at top volume and then i just go crazy!. i do this till someone tells me to keep it down!. and then i lmaoWww@QuestionHome@Com

Treat yourself to a spa
or a massage
watch your favorite movie
go take a bubble bath!
drink some hot chocolate
read your favorite book
give up on cleaning and lay down
get a good night sleep!
