Question: How tooo train youself to do the splits!?!?!?!?!?DESPARATE!?
what do you need to do to train yourself to do the splits
i need help everyone except me in my dance class can do em
i reallly want to de them but my legs wond go wide enough or alll the way down so please giv any advise
plzplzpzllzplzplplz help me

What I do is sit on the floor, with my legs out as far as I can strecth them!. Then I put my right hand over my left and stick them striaght out as far as I can and slowly rock from left to right as far as I can!. Try it! It helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with all of these other people if they are the standard one leg in front, one leg in back!.!.!.you just have to stretch!. And more than just a couple seconds!. As for center splits, some people physically aren't able to do them! Like me, i've danced for years but my hips aren't built to do center splits as much as I stretch!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
