You have to use your hamstrings and butt in combination with your core muscles!. To the front, you should focus on lifting your leg from your lower stomach muscles and under your legs, but don't distort your body at all to get your leg higher!. To the side, lift your leg from the muscles running from your ribs to your hip!. Those are kind of hard to find, but once you find them, developpe side is a lot easier! To the back, you obviously use your back muscles to lift your leg!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's a bit mental and a bit practice!.

First off, start with lower developpes!. Concentrate on rotation; this will engage those muscles!. Don't let the upper thighs take over -- make the inner thighs do the work!. Don't forget the other leg, either!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
