Grande Jete's take a lot of practise, thats the only way you can get the height and the split!. You also needs your splits down to get that perfect line!. I suggest practising on the trampoline, just jump and split in the air!. It really helps!.
With the picture that again is a lot of practise and strength!. To get this leap you need to start small and gradually build up till you can get it to that stage!.
