Question: Im a dancer!.!.!.but recetly poms season started and my muscles are really sore!.!.tryouts tomorrow!? Help PLZZZZZZ!?

Stretch those muscles out! Take a warm bath to losen them up and then stretch afterward!. Stretch then when you wake up!. Before try-outs make sure you're really warmed up and gone through your try-out a couple of times!. Adreniline will kick in before you try-out and you will forget all about those sore muscles!

Don't take a warm bath, take A hot bath, with epsom salts in it!. it will completly relxas those muscles! Stretch as soon as you get out!. Take a belt use that as a pully around your legs to stretch hard! Run over your routines full out! then get some rest!
