Question: SPLITS!help!?
Hi,
so Ive set a goal to do the splits in about 4 months!.But even after many days of intense and long stretching,I'm stil very far from getting my front splits and even less for my side ones!.Ok,also when i do th splits my front leg(right) stays completely str8 but the back knee always bends, no matter if its the left or right!help!Www@QuestionHome@Com

if you do lunges front and back a whole lot and streaching with your legs strait out and you lay there and flex your feet and streach for 30 secs and breath deap breaths and go further every 30 secs!. and just sit in your splits for like ever and ever and like streach during comercials and stuff like that just dont over streach or you could seriously hurt your selfWww@QuestionHome@Com

Some people are just naturally not as flexible as others, but you just have to keep trying!. Stretch everyday and if you beleive it can happen it will!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
