Question:i want to practise pole dancing for my partner where can i get a cheap pole from that i can put up or take down to practise on? or are there any classes in south australia? do i even need a pole? where to go to buy the dvd's?

If you're not planning on putting your weight on it you can get any kind of removable pole from spencer's or an adult play store. If you want to actually do stunts and be cool, you need to get one that's not considered a toy. Try the x-pole or lil mynx! I have an x-pole that has a spinning and static mode, it's 50mm and it's great!

practce on the bus or subway

You can use a doorway as the "pole". You just can't spin around it. But, it's a good spot to practice a lot of moves
