Learning new dance moves?

Question:Ok I love to dance and am always trying new ways. Right now i can shake left to right now i want to shake up and down. The only example I could find is this video.

I know it may look slutty to you all but whatever i love to dance. any tips to shake like that.

You have to work your lower back alot for this. Bending your knees also helps. It wont come easy, but keep watching it and trying it. Once you think you might have it, film youself and watch it on your camera while you watch the video. Then you can see what you need to change.

What I did was exactly what your doing, exploring dance videos. It's a lot easier now a days with youtube since back then I had to d/l videos one at a time with my 28.8k modem. When I learned to pick up dances like popping, locking, cwalk, and glyding my life got flipped, turned upside down,

chillin’ out, maxin’, relaxin all cool,
and all shootin’ some b-ball outside of the school.
when a couple of guys who were up to no good,
started makin’ trouble in my neighborhood.

just try to dance without making you look like an exotic dancer
and maybe you would like to video your self dancing and dance with big mirror...
and review your dance move later
