Question:I CANT GET MY EFFIN SPLITS!
Center, to be exact.
It makes me sooooo mad!
I have my right splits, left super close.
Do i have to have both to do the center splits?
And i really dont know the proper way to do them
Do you roll your hips foward or not?
Do you just sit on the ground and spread your legs apart and call it your center splits?
WHAT ARE SOME STRECHES?
i need center splits streches.

You don't need to have a certain split to do another split, so you don't have to have both front-back splits to do center splits. Your hips shouldn't be rolled front or back in center splits. Your spine should be straight. To stretch your center split, just open your legs as far as you can and, keeping your back straight, lean forward. Once you feel like you can open your legs more, scoot yourself forward and open them wider. You can also bend to each side to stretch more. Once your legs are at 180 degrees and you can roll through, you have your center splits. no you dont have to have both to do center.
but it does get you closer. some people could do center perfectly but cannot do left or right at all.

the way i got my center splits is by sitting on the floor in 2nd or in a strattle and than pushing up on top of my center. when you do this make sure your legs are in line with your hips and depending on where you are at you could rest on your elbows or hands..whatever is comfortable, i usually just lay there on my face lol
than "fish" through [pulling your body forward getting out of the splits]

or you could put your butt against a wall, spread your legs and hold it. or just a simple strattle and try to get your face as close to the floor as you can or your chest to get ready to "fish through" but make sure your knees are facing up or your just cheating yourself.
