Question:hey i was wondering if there is anything out there that can help my develope my leg, and help me balance better on demi pointe?

ok ok ok you can get a towel and put it around your foot and hold each sideand flex and point and without your point shoe on jump up and down in first and make it crazy. i jump rope sometimes to get my legs stronger i know its crazy but it works for me

1) Practice, practice practice! It's so easy to incorparate it into your daily life. Sometimes, I like to stand on releve (demi pointe) when talking to my friends. I did that, and still do that, and now I can balance in a position as soon as I let go of the barre! Good luck! :)

Before i couldn't balance that long either. I just practiced really hard,everyday and before you know it , you'll be looking like a pro.Good Luck!!! :D

well dont bend your legs and most importantly STREGTHEN YOUR CORE/ build your abs. if your trying to balance without a strong core than your mid section will woble and you will lean and possibly fall. especially if your turning :/ ive fallen so many times just because i couldnt hold my core.
to stregthen them...crunches, lots and lots of crunches and so your dont get tired or bored do them in different positions like on your side ect

REMEMBER: PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT AND DON'T GIVE UP
