Question:well like 5 people are trying out for this big part in a dance and well its rhianna dont stop the music and its bout not even 20 or 30 sec part all it is is turns and jumps

The second one is very difficult to do out of a turn. You should practice it but stepping you right foot back then shift you weight back to your left foot then L-Jump!I do my hands in a flwing motion with this. So it's rock-step right then L- Jump! It's easier than a toe touch since you only have to focus your height on one leg and you don't really sit into it, if that makes any sense at all. I hope I didn't confuse you more. instead of straight back like in the regular leaps.

Well first of all, you have to make sure that you have the move on the floor. Like position yourdelf on the floor as you would in the air. Once you have that, practice regular front leaps to build your momentum and height. Then when you comfortable in the air, just try it and make sure you practice, practice, practice.

Make sure you bend your knees very deep before you jump. It helps you get higher :)

Also, make sure you have your splits. Maybe even try to hyperextend them a little. Put a pillow under one of your legs, and when you go down into the split, go until it hurts a little and hold it for a while.

Also, making sure your toes are pointed and arms are correct can improve your jumps too!

wear ankle waits to class and at the endish of class take them off and you will jump sooooooo high.no joke, it really works, my friends do it all the time and their jumps are like amazingly high!
