Question:don't act nervous drink lots of water, practice a few times before u go on and before you start take a big breath so u can relax look at something that is not a face top keep focus and act like u r just practicing it good luck

Just dance your heart out. Don't worry about whoever is watching you, just perform your solo with confidence and everything will be fine! I'm a dancer too so I definitely know what you're going through. No matter what you do, just perform. I know that sounds weird but, nine times out of ten your audience is not going to consist of all dance pros. They won't know what the dance is supposed to look like so if you just perform the dance with some attitude and a smile on your face, then you will be fine!

don't run off stage lol. drink lots of water but make sure you pee before you go on. if you forget the words jus sing somethng that kinda make sense with the words you jus said and jus go with the flow. good luck

Don't worry, i as a dancer, sometimes get nervous too. Just do your best in singing. Also if your nervous about all the people staring at you, what i do is just imagine that it's only me in the room( or wherever you are) dancing(well in your case singing) to focus on what im doing. 1. remember a time when you did really well. Do it now ... Really feel it in body and mind. Daydream the experience.
It is as if you are there ...

Now feel where the power is in your body. Some performers say it is in the core area or heart. You will feel energy there. Place your hand there and continue daydreaming and BREATHE.

Keep this rhythm going ... As you approach your performance ... place your hand on your power center, breath, touch in with your 'daydreaming best.' AND GO FOR IT!!!
