Dance show!?

Question:Me and my friend are getting ready for a dance show at school. Exept my dance moves my friend thinks are 'dumb' And when i think her moves that i say look silly she says they look fine and makes me do them. She also says i do everything way to slow.
I do want to dance with her because she was the only one who said she would dance with me. But how do i get rid of the moves i can not do and the moves i want??
