Aerial rope dance questions..?

Question:hey guys- i just got a rope up in a tree and i'm going to teach myself aerial rope.

i already do aerial silks and i'm a little experienced with spanish web.

i was just wondering if there are any rope dancers who have any suggestions on how to get started and stuff.

The suggestions of the first lady above seem very very good.

Of course if you did aerial silks etc. you should know that, but don't forget to put a mat under! And check the branch of the tree also often! It's not like in a gym, there is the weather and everything. But doing circus outside seems great!

i did that for a little bit and here are my tips:

make sure you have alot of upper body strength.
stretch ALOT.
concentrate.
do not be lazy at all or you could get hurt.
even though you are doing it by your self you should go see a pro like once a week
