Grade 2 ISTD ballet?

Question:im in grade 2 istd ballet and have just been given all my kit, yes i only started 3 weeks ago and am 13, but i dont quiet kniw how to wear it i know you put tights under leotard and skirt and shoes on top but were about do i wear the skirt, hips or waist and do i need to wear the elelastic belt if so were? thanks

you wear the skirt on the waist and the leotard is wore the higher bit at the front!!

make sure you have elastics on your shoes or ribbons!!

you do not need to wear the elastic belt that i know off it could be different as i do RAD ballet and we do not wear skirts and have to wear a belt!
