Practice at the bar doing the motions your leg does for fouette's but don't turn. Like this: front around, then stop in second. Do this everyday or every other day. Notice how your standing, or if you wiggle. After doing that exercise do the actual turn. My teacher told me this tip and now I can do fouette's perfectly! If this doesn't work you can ask your teacher for more tips. Make sure your squared up when your about to turn and spot. Also, make sure you can see the hand thats going to close in to the other.
Good luck!

stand left at the barre, do a tendu to the side( to prep for a pouroette), do a pouroette, then bring you leg to the front( over cross it a little, then bring your leg to the side and turn.

hope this helps!!
