well if you are cool with the person then just go up behind her, put you hand on the lower part of her stomach pull her in gently and jus start grinding.... do it slow and gentle at first if she likes it, she will not push you away!!

Asking a girl to freakdance almost seems like an oxymoron... But, on the other hand - when you ask a girl to dance, I guess no matter what kind, you are showing her that you're polite and interested. So, yes, I'd say ask.

you have to ask her to dance first. the freak dancing comes after she says yes

its the same way with the dances where i live. usually nobody asks to freak dance, they just listen to the song and automaticaly know that that song is specifically made to freak dance. so im dure asking to freak dance will result in some slaps for the guys and some crazy nights for both.
