Byez

i think dancers reitre at around 32ish. so you could do it for fun and then become a dancer teacher. its not ever really too late to do something you wanna.

no

Certainly not. Of course there might be a few things that have age restriction but a vast amount can appeal to all age groups even older age groups. Just go for it if you feel this is the way to go . You might regret it if you don't.
Good luck

Generally Yes. Because every nerve is almost 'frozen' making it difficult to bend and twist to the musical tunes. Again it depends upon you body, structure. If you are heavy built, it is rather very difficult. If you are lean and tender, probably you can start learning. It is out of your interest you should take up and not to compete and excell. The choice is yours.

i dunno not to late

if you really want to then go for it. dont let anyone hold you back.
good luck!!!!
