What dance classes (difficulty level) should I take next year?

Question:I began ballet in 8th grade and now its about 3 months until the end of the class year. I am currently taking ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. Last year (in 7th grade) i took a beginning ages 10-12 hip-hop class and now this year in 8th grade i am currently taking the most advanced hip-hop class in the studio, but i am still having difficulty getting used to the class so i'm going to stay with it again next year. As for ballet and jazz i am currently taking "beginning teen" classes and it is my first time. I have been working hard all year and have been able to meet and exceed the standards for these two classes (ballet and jazz). If i continue to do this and do an awesome job at the recital, what classes should I take next year for ballet and jazz?

I'm not sure what your studios level policy is but at mine, just based off description, you'd be in level 3 or 4 in both ballet and jazz.

Do not take my word on this though. Your question is something you should ask your teachers currently. When I moved I went to the teachers showed them what I could do and I placed them appropriately. Now at my studio to avoid confusion as to whether you move up or not they just give out an end of the year "dance report card" that says what classes you should take next year.
