Position:Home>Dancing> If I practice Gymnastics and Pilates will I still bulk muscles?


Question:pilates is really good and has some stretching, but also alot of strengthening. i think that to do those two together is a good idea, but still stretch on your own for maybe 5 mins. a day and you wont be as bulky... =)
