its hard to explain but maybe you should go to a couple of classes lots of arm movement twisting your arms and swaying from side to side let your arms float with the rythem

hope i can help

well if your doing snake arms pretend theres a beach ball under your arm when your lifting it up and a ball on top of your arm when its going down, make sure you have the proper posture when moving your hips. shoulders back, pelvis tucked under but don't strain it, feet shoulder width apart. it helps alot and saves your back from pain. it kind of depends on what style of dance your doing to.

bending your knees always helps, i normally just let it come to me close ur eyes and just feel it!
