Something very light, but a good source of energy, crackers with peanut butter for example. Fruit has a lot of sugar and acid, it might upset his stomach if he's gonna be bouncing around. Cheese and crackers is good too. Something light that won't make him cramp up

something healthy like fruit or a peanutbutter sandwich

sure why not. how about something like an apple or carrots?

Yes please give him a snack, if not he could dehydrate or not have enough energy for dance and not do his best.

Here are a couple of food combinations:

gatorade-sandwich-bag of chips
flavored water-one slice of pizza- salad-or banana- any type of fruit or veggie

Hope i helped!

Give him something like crackers. teh carbs will give him energy. (your boy is in ballet? cool)

Yeah, give him a snack. maybe cheese and crackers, or half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. it will give him energy before he goes to dance. make sure you don't give too much though, he might get a stomach ache while in ballet.
i hope he has a good time and hope i helped

You should give your three year old a healthy and quick snack at first and then after ballet class take them to a place to eat like mcdonalds

Definatley. With all of that working out he will need some food in him. Try something healthy - like fruit, or a sandwhich. But not too much or he might feel sick.

I'd say, if you normally give him a snack at that time - then yes. If normally don't - then don't. If he's asking for it - yes, if he's not asking - no. Children are pretty active anyway, a ballet class is not much more activity on top of normal running-around-in-circles.
I was on the swimming team starting from age 6, and I couln't bear a thought of putting anything in my stomach before the practice, but after the practice I was ready to eat anything that's not nailed to the floor.

Something from the vegetables category (like carrots) and something with carbs (like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich).
