Position:Home>Dancing> Can your arms be in fifth position when doing Cha?né turns?Question:i know Cha?nés are usually in first but i need to know if it can be in fifth also Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: i know Cha?nés are usually in first but i need to know if it can be in fifth also THey can, however, they will be harder to do. In first, your arms help you get around, I would suggest that you just keep ypur arms up in fifth instead of using them in your turn. I hope this helps! Good luck Yes, they certainly can and it's a terrific way to strengthen your "center" or "core" muscles. A nice variation across the diagonal is starting right arm fifth, left arm first and changing arms as you travel in chaine. yah you can, however, it is mostly done in first. do it to it. id imagine they'd be a little harder, but not too much |
