Question:I'm trying to teach some girls how to do it but some just ain't gettin it. I even had one poor gal go down and we had to call the ambulance. But anyways, should I wear high heels to do this in?

Don't know what that is, but if you're doing it, it must be fun. No heels though, I dance barefooted. And ya, your feet get mighty dirty doing it this way. But for me it's the comfort of it.
