it might make them a little looser, and discolor them.

I think you'll be fine.

no its not bad for them

no...i take point and it won't HURT your shoes....but it might discolor them...

The sun won't hurt them, but the water will! Before you wear them, please make sure the box is still hard and the shank stil supports your foot enough. If they fit differently than before they got wet, then you need new ones to avoid getting hurt.

It might discolor them, but I think the water would harm your shoes more than the sunlight! It depends on how wet the shoes got - too much water can soften the box. Make sure that they're still hard before you go en pointe, or better yet - ask your teacher to check them and make sure they're still okay.

Professional and experienced dancers sometimes use water as an option to break in their shoes and mold them to their feet quicker, but I wouldn't suggest actually trying it unless you've got a few years of experience under your belt.
