Question:Definitely Pilates because it focuses on the core, and it will really help with building strength with very little impact compared to Gymnastic which puts a lot of pressure on your knees and joints.

they both build you up in muscle strenght and help you wiht your ability to hold but i would say pilates becuase it focuses more on just those two area's gymnastics you will be working alot of differnt moves and it takes alot of practice
