Your best bet is look on youtube. That's what I did for my lyrical solo. I would look for cool combinations and make them my own by changing tricks or adding my own style. Try searching jazz solos or contemporary solos. I'll try to make a few combinations, I do more jazz than contemporary:
~ (1) Step on your left foot and have your arms in low fifth(2) Brush your right foot, like a degage in ballet, across your body so it is pointing to the left wall. You can point or flex the right foot. Your left leg should be in plie. While doing this, circle both arms to your right shoulder so they are semi-rounded and parallel to the ground. The effect should be your right leg across your body at 90 degrees and your arms reaching to the right (3) Your right is already across your body from count 2 so just carry it to the front on count 3. Your arms should continue circling up to high fifth (&) on the and count continue the leg to the right so that it is open and open your arms to second (4) step on your right foot and prep for a turn with your arms in a L, right arm foward left arm to the side (5,6) Do a right double coupe turn bringing your arms up to high fifth as you turn (7) immediatly out of the turn, step on your right leg and bring both arms to your side. look to the right (8) flick your left leg and bring the left arm up to parallel, look to the left
~(1,2) Now walking in a circle, step L R slowly bringing your left arm down to your side (3) Step left and wrap your right arm around your chest (4) you should step right and bring your left arm up to your chest as well, you should be facing the right wall (5) plie in second (6) C-jump, throw your arms back (7) land from the C-jump in plie (8) slowly straighten legs as your bring your left arm up to parallel side and look towards the audience

The idea is for this to be flowy, but have the placement. Don't just go really sharp, but don't do too much "ballet" style either. I hope I helped. It's hard to explain choreography to someone else. Feel free to email me (:
