okay. sit with your legs spread apart on the floor. Reach to the middle until it hurts. do this everyday only go a little far each day until you evenutually reach your belly flat on the floor. This really helped me be more flexible. Also by taking gymnastics classes always helps. Back bends and bridges really make you more flexible, Start with a bridge. ask your friend to spot you before you do a backbend on your own unless you've done it before. doing ballet helps too.

well the splitz is really a good place to start for everything else in flexibility. my advice is to just sit your front leg on top of something when you arr in the splitz. try like a rolled up rug or something. and it dosnt matter if you have your splitz all the way down or not. it still helps. do that for about 5 or more minutes. and you have to hold it and not be wussy caus if you let it go it will do absolutely nothing for you. and for your middle splitz sit your but up against the wall and let your legs fall into the splitz. then hold this position for awhile and try to be pushing your legs closer to the ground the whole time.

sorry i coudnt help more but your flexibility really shoudnt hold you back that much. the best dancers arnt as good as they arr just becaus they can do a scorpio! rememberr that :) all you gotta do is beleve in yourself. its not about the flexibility its the way you move your body :)

will you help me do the splits
any tips I really wanna do it
please
try touching your toe(s) when doing splits
also well your pretty good already

take some martial arts style excercise, most gyms have them, or their are instructional videos(available at video rental or librarys),like Tai Bo, these excercises will stretch your legs and other parts in multiple directions while strengthening. The best would be to join a serious martial arts studio, if you have the time and money.
