Question:Yoga is great - you learn to focus on breathing & relaxation, which is not only effects your performence, but can help control competition jitters. It's also great for controlled stretching. I also run for cardio, but you've got to be careful with your knees.

What are the best ways to condition for dance. Well i really dont understand the question. IF u mean what are the best way to get ur self ready to dance, which doesnt make all that of a sense to me. unless u mean what are the best condintion to dance in, and i will say when u energetic, and in the mood.

PILATES! I love it, and it really helps with dance.

If you mean for your body, I have heard yoga helps.
