Well, start getting into shape. Try doing exercises that are going to help your flexibility. That's a bigie. Cheerleaders need to be flexible. You can also start to master the touch touch, split, & or cartwheel if you haven't already.Also, start eating healthy fruits & vegies and lean meats, protien is very good to get muscle. And when the try-outs come around PRACTICE PRACTICE AND PRACTICE every little move they teach you. Do that and you should be able to do it--like me =]
