Question:ok, i am trying out for cheerleading in exactly 1 week. i thought i could do a fronthand spring step out round off, but lets just say i cant do it as good as i thought. what happens is 1 leg is suppose to step out. i use to be able to do it perfectly, but havent practiced in awhile, now 1 leg wont go in front of the other. if i PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE this next week, do you think i can get it as perfect as it was?

yaa i'm pretty sure if you practice it will be perfect in a week, I used to do acrobatics and during the summer all my flips and cartweels and stuff all got worse but it only took me a week to get back to how i usually did it.

It might not be perfect but always make it look clean, you can point your toes and be light on your feet, that will always help.

yes i'm sure if you put time into it this week you can get expecially if you used to be able to... it's liek riding a bike

Of course! Practice all you could but you have to make sure you are doing the CORRECT form. First do the moves slowly and then speed up as you go along. Try to get a friend to help you see where you're having trouble. The most important thing is not to create bad habits.
