Question:u cant learn how to do the splits in two weeks without seriously damaging ur muscles unless ur a gymnast

stretch after a class or just when ur muslces are warm-mayb after having a bath or running.

u wanna do serious stretching then. the best way to get them is just to do them- 1st do a preliminary stretch- in other words hold one of the splits 4 8seconds then come out and then hold it 4 a min- if u do this 4 times a day ull get better.

you can also stretch when ur doing something inactive- such as watching tv or reading a mag or doin hmwk- but dont over do it -u jus wanna stretch lightly.

do yoga?

u shud go further and further down bit by bit and try and beat how far down u went the last time. u need to be really flexible though. good luck x

I don't mean to be a buzz kill but I don't think it can be done in two weeks.
Its like lifting weights it takes practice for a body builder to become muscle bound.
Well it takes practice for a dancer to be flexible.
Try laying on the ground with your but up against a wall and spread your legs out in a split against the wall. Gravity will pull your legs down and do all the work, so just sit there and stretch, LOL
