hi uhm sweety it sounds like your trying to take on alot... first off pointe is really hard..you need your dance teachers aproval before you even THINk about going en pointe okay. and even then you only practice on pointe for about 15 minutes thats called pre-pointe its to strengthen your feet to get them ready for full pointe 5 hours a day is DEFINETLEY too much! i think you really need to talk to your ballet instructor immediately before you cause permanent injury!

for ballet, maybe two or three hours daily. For pointe, probably 30 minutes. the barre help you keep your balance when you have just started. The positions are first through fifth. The check list is as follows:
Pointe shoes
tights
leotart
Hair pins and nets
ballet shoes
ballet skirt
hair spray or gel
point shoe pads
blister pads(bandaids)
neosporin
and any other types of shoes you need.

5 hours of dance with out stopping is not good. there is nothing good about dancing for 5 hours straight.

to stop any kind of pain from dancing, take a breather, stop dancing a few minutes, and after those few minutes, think of any kind of pain killers you can take, or what might help. And finally, use clasical music for barre work.

Ask your mom, not a bunch of random people on the web. We don't know you or what's right for you.
Since your mom is a dance teacher obviously she can answer all those questions for you
