Well I mostly dance a combination of ballet, jazz and lyrical. some of the songs that i like best for that are usually by people like Vanessa Carlton, Within Temptation, Imogen Heap, Celine Dion, and even Evanescence.

For just zany, dancing in front of your mirror in your underwear kind of dancing, I love nineties/early 2000s pop and classic rock songs. Robert Palmer's "Bad Case of Loving You" is my favourite right now :) Spice Girls are pretty good too.

Western Swing, and Reggae, I really love the 'Blues' and am learning how to belly-dance! and I dont mean western reggae swing HA!

i like slowish peaceful songs that are inspiring and fun with a good message. because my favorite type of dance is lyrical =)
