Dances that express emotion???

Question:I need to perform a dance that expresses sadness on Thursday, and I'm finding it really hard.
My chosen song is "Lithium" by Evanessence, and it's only supposed to last from 30 seconds to 1 minute, but I really am generally not good at dancing/movement and the last time I performed a sad dance I totaly, ended up making afool out of myself.
If you know any websites or videos of dances that express emotion and such, please let me know.
Any help would be appreciated.
