If you are a tap dancer and u want to do it for a career what can you do?

Get yourself a talent agent that can direct you to auditions for dance performance etc.

well, before i start its not easy to get a job in dance period. but if i had to thell you the jobs that could pay well would be maybe a local theater or even LA. good luck.

Its pretty much impossible to make JUST tap dancing as a career. Your going to have to do all styles of dance to make a career out of it.

And you very rarely see teachers who are just tap teachers and choreographers that only choreograph for tap.

tap as a career is really difficult . You better be able to carry a tune cuz the only way you;d be able to just tap as career is musical theater chorus or be the next savion glover and just travel around the world with a solo show
