Position:Home>Dancing> 13 year old breakdance flare help?

Question:hey,
I am a really weak/scrawny 13 year old kid. I tried to learn the flare by going to Youtube i didn't have the strength to do it.
My question is... what muscles do I have to build to do a flare?
i would appreciate it if i could build enough muscle to do it in a month or so...

For arm muscle, you mainly need deltoids (shoulders). Deltoids are the area of your arm from between the shoulders to the biceps/triceps. Deltoids will hold you up while you are doing the flares. You can work em out by holding the push up position.
The most important muscle is the abdomen or abs. A strong stomach enables you to hold your torso and lower body in the correct positions. Situps, crunches, etc help.
Surprisingly, flares do not require a lot of strength. It is mostly balance, momentum, coordination, and the patience to practice and learn it everyday.
hope I helped

arm muscles
like do alot of push up's and anything that has anything to do with ur arms mainly,
maybe try your legs too.
just work both of them

ok for breakdancing u NEED to have abdominal muscle the most....but also arm muscle....
do alot of push ups, sit ups, and running (that will help u to learn how to control ur breathing, and also leg muscles)

if u do those excercise daily for a good 20min you'll be great in no time....

good luck!!!!
