Question:if your dancing is it normal to really tired after the second 8 count. i dont get why im always out of breath.

ME TO. Some times I get to into the music, that I pop and lock to hard that after a little while I'm tired. I love to hip hop dance. see ya

u prbably do the moves too hard so u dont have as much energy for the second eight count. I usually give too much push which screw up my turns and leave me out of breath try to let things flow naturally and dont push urself too much. Hope things work out.

well i can go a little farther than the 2nd 8 count but it probably means ur out of shape(no offense i am 2) u just have to push urself hard and ull soon be in shape and it won't happen...

I can usually dance nonstop for an hour and still have energy left to push with. This is because I've been dancing for a looooooooong time (by this I mean 9 years). As you dance more, you build up more stamina so in the future- you'll be able to dance longer. Another factor may be pushing too hard with your energy. When you're on stage and performing, it's always important to make big gestures, but when you're in the studio, you can get away with not pushing with your all. For me, the way I build stamina is pushing with my all every single time- trust me it works. So go as far as you can, and then take a break. It's like stretching a muscle- the more you stretch it and flex it, the more flexible you are and the stronger you are. Good luck!

it depends on what type of dance really. if its like hardcore dancing then its fine. but if it isnt then your probably out of shape.

I've never gotten tired that fast...I can't think of any reason why other than you are really out of shape, the dance is incredibly challenging, or you're doing the moves with wayyy too much energy.
