Question:Okay I know how to grind and everything but is there a way to practice your grinding by yourself? Like just practicing at home without a partner?

on a wall or in front of a mirror. or preferably both, so you see how you look. gosh that sounds dirty! ;)

no question is stupied honey!! if you want to practice stand infront of a mirror that can show your hips and just pretend you have a guy behind youand start to grind. it may look stupied but its a pretty good way of practicing.
