Is it safe to dance with a twisted knee?

Question:my knee has been acting up with some weird pain on the muscle that attaches the knee to the leg. i just wanted to know if its still safe to dance extreme hip hop with it. i do alot of twists and falls so i need help.

It depends a lot on how extensive you wish the upcoming surgery to be.
Several years ago, while recovering from an injury to the inside of my right knee, I suffered another injury to the outside of the same knee. The result was surgery was required on both sides.
Before you injure it further, go see a doctor --- in person, rather than online, and determine what would be the safest path to follow.

are you dumb...one, you dont really have knee problems (maybe you should wear your "knee brace") and if it really hurts maybe you should stay off your knee...duh!

you should probably rest until it completely heals. You wouldn't want it to be worse than it already is.

NO! post-pone dancing until it gets better! if you dance while its still injured you'll injure it even more! also go to a doctor. my friend has knee tendenitis, which sounds kind of like what you have.

I dont suggest that you dance with a twisted nee. I myself , have taken dance since i was two. So dont please i dont want you getting hurt more...

hmmm, well it isnt safe to dance wit a twisted knee so my advice is to dance wit a STIFF knee dat way u wouldnt move it much to get pain. keep ur knee unharmed dat way it'll be faster for it to heal. hope this helps u wit ur dancin & hav fun!!

go see a doctor better yet have your knee x-rayed.
