LOL sorry to say but beginners do not learn 'powermoves' such as flares in the beginning. If you have ever watched and understood a real bboy battle, you could see there are alot more to bboying(breakdancing) than just spins and fancy things. There's a lot of footwork and style involved. Bboying is incredibly difficult, as getting good in the basic moves could take a lot of commitment and time.
If you just want to do flips and stuff, I suggest you look into 'parkour', 'freerunning', or 'xma'. search these things up in youtube if you're interested
The first thing beginners usually learn to do is the six step, which involves going on the ground and moving with your feet while your hands support you. Then there's toprock. Toprock is basically what defines a bboy. If you don't toprock, you're not a bboy. It's freestyle footwork when they begin to dance.
Freezes are also important in breakdancing. Beginner's will start with handstands, tripods, and baby freezes.
When you get really advanced, you can start learning and getting better, you can work on powermoves such as windmills, rocking, and of course, flares.
Watch this video and try to find the different moves and sections of bboying. If you have any troubles or questions feel free to contact me.

i first suggest learning to move on you back and try to be able to do hand stands and flips and stuff.
then get more of the moves.
