Question:Gain Muscle In You legs. It Takes Muscle To Get them High. also Bend over To you can " touch your toes" Don't Just Hop Up Bend Your Back. And Also Don't bring your legs to the side bring them up and out (but not totally Out So Its a Pike) Good Luck and Have fun.

kewlio, im a sixth grader too, but my cheerleading season starts in 7th grade...... =[

two things.
stretch daily- like put your leg on a beam/counter something high && touch your toes.
or practice a few times on the trampoline && get use to the bounce && then practice on the ground

hmm...thats easy,try practicing before your tryouts.hold on to a pole or table and push your weight toward either one.sometimes it hurts so i recommend thick socks and ballet slippers.

ok one thing that none of these people said is that u need to do crunches and more crunches because we use our ab muscles to push our legs higher in the air!mine r really high!
